FROG JUMP - Stephen Fincher, conservative Republican nominee for Tennessee's Eighth Congressional District, today released the following statement on the heels of last night's Republican Primary victory:
"I am truly humbled by last night's results, but today our mission begins anew. We must move forward and unite the Republican Party behind our shared conservative principles. I appreciate the contributions that Dr. Flinn, Dr. Kirkland, and Randy Smith made to this great American process and for their gracious commitment to work with me as we defeat the Obama-Pelosi-Herron agenda this November. As our economy continues to sputter, Tennessee jobs disappear and our values come under attack, the stakes are too high to allow career politician Roy Herron and the Washington liberals to maintain business as usual."
