FROG JUMP - Stephen Fincher, conservative Republican candidate for Tennessee's Eighth Congressional District, today issued the following statement in response to a U.S. District court judge's ruling Wednesday to block key provisions in Arizona's immigration enforcement law:
"I stand with Arizona in its mission to implement its common sense immigration enforcement law. It's unfortunate that the Obama Administration, Washington politicians, and now a Bill Clinton-appointed federal judge have stood in the way of efforts to secure our borders and strengthen homeland security.
"After pushing government-run healthcare, job-killing cap-and-tax legislation, and now standing in the way of Arizona's right to protect their borders, it's clear that the Washington establishment is more focused on serving their own interests than they are in serving the interests of the American people."
