FROG JUMP - Results of an online poll released today by The Mike Slater Radio Show confirm that conservative Stephen Fincher was the clear winner in Tuesday's Slater Raider Freedom Forum. The final numbers indicate that Fincher won the four-candidate congressional forum with 60% of the vote, outpacing runner-up Dr. Ron Kirkland by a wide 25% margin.
Polling results echo the reaction of the decidedly pro-Fincher crowd in attendance at the Aeneas Building in Jackson on Tuesday.
"The overwhelmingly positive response I've received since Tuesday's Slater Raider forum proves that our common sense, conservative message is resonating loud and clear," Fincher said. "Tennesseans are yearning for strong leadership that stops the Obama-Pelosi agenda in its tracks. While some candidates may disagree, you can rest assured that I won't compromise our conservative values by reaching across the aisle to work with the liberals who are bankrupting America."
Stephen Fincher is a lifelong farmer, businessman, and gospel singer with deep roots in Tennessee, not politics. Stephen and Lynn, his wife of 18 years, proudly raise their three children in Frog Jump.
