FROG JUMP - Stephen Fincher, local farmer and conservative Republican candidate for Tennessee's Eighth Congressional District, today launched an aggressive new television, mail, and sign campaign denouncing the liberal agenda of House Democrats and vowing to turn Washington upside-down and PLOW Congress.

Fincher's PLOW Congress campaign includes 10-second television spots debuting this week, a targeted mail effort to conservative voters, and a new wave of road signs and billboards across the Eighth District. With our economy struggling and this week's statewide job numbers likely to show Tennessee's unemployment rate holding above 10%, Washington liberals have chosen to advance an extreme agenda of bloated deficits, government-run health care, and cap-and-tax energy legislation. Stephen Fincher will be a conservative leader who tackles the challenges impacting Eighth District families by cutting taxes to create new jobs, reducing wasteful spending, and paying down our $12 trillion national debt.

"Nancy Pelosi and liberals in Congress have failed the American people by pushing an extreme, big government agenda," Fincher said. "It's going to take common sense leadership and a new perspective to fix the mess in Washington. As a lifelong farmer from Frog Jump with deep roots in Tennessee, I understand the tough row we have to hoe. Real change begins with throwing out the Washington liberals who got us into this mess. It's time to turn Washington upside-down and PLOW Congress!"

Stephen Fincher is a lifelong farmer, businessman, and gospel singer with deep roots in Tennessee, not politics. Stephen and Lynn, his wife of 18 years, proudly raise their three children in Frog Jump.
